Terms and Conditions

1. Operator and acceptance

These Terms govern hunkscollection.com and its services, operated by VGL, tax ID [NIF/CIF], at SPAIN (the “Operator”). Contact: legal@hunkscollection.com.

By visiting, registering, publishing, purchasing a membership, Voucher or content, you accept these Terms, the Privacy and Cookie Policy and applicable rules. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Adults only and nature of the Service

The Service is exclusively for people aged 18 or over. Access, registration or use by minors is prohibited. Confirmation of the warning does not replace any age-assurance measure required by law. The Operator may request reasonable age or identity verification and restrict the account while checks are completed.

You acknowledge that nudity may be displayed. An adults-only environment does not make all sexual content permissible; these Terms and applicable law continue to apply.

3. Private account and security

Your account is personal, private and non-transferable. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your password and never share credentials. You are responsible for account activity unless you promptly report unauthorised use. Accounts may not be sold, assigned, automated, duplicated or collectively used.

4. Publisher obligations

Publishers represent and warrant that they created or lawfully own all necessary rights in every image, video, text and other material uploaded, or hold sufficient permission to publish, license and commercially exploit it on the platform. They further warrant that every identifiable person is an adult, validly consented to capture and publication, and that evidence can be supplied on request.

Publishers retain ownership of their content and remain solely responsible for its lawfulness, accuracy, classification, permissions, image and publicity rights, intellectual property and data protection. Publishers authorise storage, technical processing, display and distribution within the Service under these Terms.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not publish, request, link to, sell, transmit or promote:

• any material involving or appearing to involve a minor, child sexual abuse material, sexualisation of minors, or depictions intended to simulate minors;
• non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery, hidden recordings, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation, coercion or sexual violence;
• illegal or criminal material, or content encouraging crime, terrorism, violence, self-harm or exploitation;
• xenophobic, racist, discriminatory, hateful, harassing or threatening material;
• third-party personal data, doxxing, documents, addresses, precise locations, private communications or information disclosed without a lawful basis;
• material infringing intellectual property, image, publicity, honour, privacy, trade mark or other third-party rights;
• impersonation, fraudulent or deliberately inaccurate representations, scams or payment manipulation;
• unauthorised advertising, spam or promotion of third-party websites, particularly competing services;
• malware, scraping, bots, access-control circumvention or interference with Service security.

6. Moderation, notices and removal

The Operator may review content and accounts but does not necessarily pre-approve each publication. It may restrict, blur, reclassify, demonetise, suspend or remove content considered illegal, inappropriate, misleading, insufficiently suitable for paid access, or contrary to these rules.

Where reasonable, the user may be asked to remove or correct material. Failure to act within the stated period permits administrative removal. The Operator may nevertheless act immediately, without advance notice or prior justification, particularly where minors, privacy, safety, legal compliance or third-party rights are at risk. Where applicable law requires it, users will receive reasons and information on redress.

Reports may be sent to legal@hunkscollection.com with the URL, grounds and supporting documents. Evidence may be preserved and shared with competent authorities.

7. Content licence

By uploading content, you grant the Operator, to the fullest extent permitted by law, a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, modify, translate, transmit, distribute, communicate to the public, display, perform and create derivative materials in any current or future medium or technology, for operating, securing, improving and promoting the Service.

The licence is perpetual and irrevocable for copies, promotions or derivatives lawfully created while content was published, and for the period needed for backups, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal duties. For future public display of original content, the licence ends when you delete it, unless it has been shared with other users, forms part of an active transaction or another lawful basis applies. You also grant users a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to access Publisher Content through the Site and Services, without any right to copy, redistribute or exploit it elsewhere.

8. Memberships, Vouchers, wallet and paid content

Prices, duration, renewal and benefits are displayed before purchase. Recurring memberships renew until cancelled where stated. Vouchers and customer wallet credits may only be used in the Service, are not electronic money, earn no interest and cannot be redeemed for cash by customers. Publisher payments and withdrawals remain subject to applicable economic rules and verification.

As a general rule, consumed memberships, Vouchers, credits and digital access are non-refundable. This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Consumers retain statutory withdrawal and guarantee rights. If you request that a service begins during the withdrawal period, you may owe the proportion already performed; for digital content, withdrawal rights may be lost once performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Legally required refunds will be processed by the appropriate method.

9. Service intellectual property

The design, trade marks, software, databases, original text and other elements of hunkscollection.com belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted other than limited use of the Service under these Terms.

10. Privacy, safeguarding and third parties

The Operator will process data and reasonably safeguard content and credentials under the GDPR, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 and standard market practices. No system is completely invulnerable; users must promptly report incidents. Stripe, Google, email, hosting and S3-compatible storage providers may participate as third parties or processors.

11. Legal framework

The Service must be used in accordance with applicable law, including, where relevant, Spanish Law 13/2022 on Audiovisual Communication; Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act); the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018; Spanish rules on information-society services, consumers, intellectual property, honour, privacy and image rights; and Regulation (EU) 2024/1183 (European Digital Identity Framework/eIDAS 2) where applicable. This list is not exhaustive.

12. Suspension, termination and availability

The Operator may suspend or close accounts for breach, risk, fraud, non-payment, prolonged inactivity or legal requirements. Users may close accounts subject to pending transactions, statutory retention and third-party rights. Continuous availability is not guaranteed; maintenance, outages and Service changes may occur.

13. Liability

Each user is responsible for their content, actions, relationships and transactions. The Operator does not endorse profiles or guarantee identity, quality, accuracy, meetings, earnings or compatibility. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or third-party actions; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated for legal, technical or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means and renewed consent obtained where necessary. Spanish law applies. Consumers may use the courts assigned by mandatory law; otherwise the parties submit to the courts at the Operator’s domicile.
