Privacy and Cookie Policy

2. Data processed
- registration and account: display name, email, hashed password, role, language and verification;
- profile and content: biography, configurable fields, photographs, videos, metadata, permissions and moderation;
- location: usual location and temporary destination, approximate coordinates, travel dates and distances;
- usage and security: IP, device, session, activity, access, communications, reports and technical logs;
- transactions: memberships, Vouchers, wallet, purchases, transfers, withdrawals, references and payment status;
- data received from Google or payment providers when you use their services.
Do not provide third-party data or particularly sensitive information unless necessary, lawful and expressly supported. Adult content may reveal data about sex life or sexual orientation; voluntary publication requires explicit consent and may create risks. You may withdraw content, subject to backups and legal duties.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
- account, profile, gallery, chat, purchases and support: performance of contract;
- payments, billing, fraud, accounting and regulatory duties: contract and legal obligation;
- display of content and location according to settings: consent and service performance;
- moderation, user protection, reports and security: legitimate interests, contract and legal obligation;
- operational communications: contract; marketing only with consent where required;
- legal requests and preservation of evidence: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
4. Recipients and providers
Data is shared where necessary with hosting and S3-compatible storage, email, security and support providers; Stripe for payments and Connect; Google for social sign-in when chosen; advisers and authorities where legally justified. Publishers receive only necessary sales information; users see only information you publish under access settings.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid safeguards will then be used.
5. Retention
Data is retained while accounts remain active and afterwards for periods necessary for liability, payments, fraud, claims and tax duties. Security logs are limited to what is necessary. Deleted content may temporarily remain in isolated backups. Evidence of reported or potentially illegal material may be retained and supplied to authorities.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent at legal@hunkscollection.com. Identity may be verified. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing or processing based on another lawful ground.
7. Security and accounts
Reasonable access controls, password hashing, secure connections, temporary URLs for private content, logs, backups and organisational measures are used. No system is completely secure. Use a unique password, never share it and report suspicious access immediately.
8. Cookies, advertising and local storage
The website uses strictly necessary technologies to maintain sessions, protect forms, remember language and locally record that the adult-age warning was passed. It may also show advertising or self-promotion side slots on ad pages. Third-party advertising provider code configured for these slots is not loaded until you accept advertising cookies.

“Accept advertising” and “Reject” are presented with equivalent visibility. If you reject, advertising code marked as subject to consent will not load; self-promotion marked otherwise may still be shown. You can clear local storage in your browser or change your choice by deleting this item; doing so may sign you out or show the age warning again.
9. Minors
Minors are not admitted. If you suspect that a minor accessed the Service or appears in content, immediately contact legal@hunkscollection.com. Material may be provisionally blocked, evidence preserved and authorities notified.
10. Changes
This Policy may change following legal or Service developments. Material changes will be communicated and consent requested where required.
